For my project 5 i intend to create a website centered around a documentary/newsreel style short video comprised of news clips, interviews with police officers, etc. The rest of the website will contain supporting images, text, statistics, numerical graphics (such as charts or graphs), quotes from prominent figures on the issue. The video is intended to serve as both a rhetorical piece to clearly convey my position on the issue, and also as a “trailer” for the issue itself introducing the issue to those unfamiliar with it, making no assumptions of the knowledge of the reader. The video will hopefully be no more than 6-7 min long allowing the other three minutes to be used to show the other features of the website. I intend to make the  stylization of the webpage as far from the format of a wiki page as possible, hopefully with text animations presenting content in a non-static format. I'm not exactly sure where i will take this creatively because it depends entirely on my ability to learn how to include features in a web page.
